- We will also have a full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Thelma Hanyana joining us in October and an additional part-time Practice Nurse, Jane Ash joining us in July.
- We are continuing active recruitment of additional medical practitioners to support the Medical Centre.
Thelma Hayana will be shadowing the clinical team for her first few weeks at Highbridge, so you may find her sitting in on your consultations from time to time. All consent will be sought by the individuals involved when necessary.

Patients will be pleased to know that, in line with Government guidelines, we are now able to offer patients access to their clinical records. For more information please see Using EMIS Access (access to your clinical records).
NHS use of patient data
NHS England is commissioning a modern data service from the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC). Under the Health and Social Care Act 2012, NHS England has the power to direct HSCIC to collect information from all providers of NHS care, including general practices. Information such as your postcode and NHS number, but not your name, will be used to link your records in a secure system, so your identity is protected. This information about you helps the NHS to provide better care for you.
NHS England have asked us to inform you that this is happening and to make you aware of the choices you have. Further information can be found in the attached leaflet.HSCIC_patient_information_leaflet.pdf
If you have any questions, please contact a member of the reception team.
